thesafecup.com (the "Site") is operated by סייפקאפ (SafeCup), עוסק פטור 208765764, בן גוריון 25, תל אביב (the "Business"). Using the Site or placing an order means you accept these terms.

Age

Orders may be placed by people aged 18 or over. Minors may order with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Products

Product photos are for illustration and slight color differences may occur. Our products make tampering harder and deter it, but do not guarantee complete protection. Responsibility for watching your drink remains with you.

Prices & payment

ILS prices include Israeli VAT. USD prices are for international orders and do not include import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Payment is processed securely by PayPal, and card details are never stored on the Site. You can pay with a PayPal account or a card.

Orders

An order is complete once payment is approved, and a confirmation is sent by email. We may cancel an order in case of a material pricing or description error, lack of stock or suspected fraud, with a full refund.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the logo, design, photos and text, belongs to the Business and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Business is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the products or the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent Israeli courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
